Job description:
Hankscraft Runxin, LLC seeks General Manager in Reedsburg, WI. The General Manager of water treatment product manufacturer is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating operational activities for the manufacture of water treatment systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, under direction of executive team. Supervising and developing technical, sales, marketing, sourcing, and support personnel, including engineers, account managers, and technicians while guiding team objectives to meet business goals. Developing product planning and go-to-market strategies and presenting recommendations to the executive team. Working with engineering teams to evaluate feasibility, improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance while ensuring alignment with operational and customer objectives. Reviewing sales reports, budgets, forecasts, and profit-and-loss statements and providing strategic recommendations to President and Board of Directors. Coordinating with sales and marketing leadership on product launches, pricing recommendations, branding, and accurate communication of product specifications and capabilities. Coordinating with strategic sourcing leadership to evaluate vendors and manufacturing partners and to monitor product quality, delivery performance, and supply chain activities in alignment with corporate strategy.
Requirements:
4 years’ experience in the job offered or closely related. Job reports to Reedsburg, WI, but candidate can work remotely anywhere in the U.S. Travel domestically and internationally to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and business partners approximately 50% of time. Required travel to Reedsburg, WI 1 week every 8 weeks.
